About Me.

So, about me (and this blog). Really what’s most important is that I’m a girl living my life to serve my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My MISSION is to serve Him and bring the Good News to people around the world. I am a daughter of Christ. I have been saved by Grace. But if you wanted to know a few more facts about me, here you go:

• I love lists (hence, the list to follow).
• I have been a follower of Christ since 1999 & He has changed my life inside out.
• I’m an alumna of Houston Baptist University (GO HUSKIES!).
• I basically bleed orange and blue (HBU colors).
• I recently graduated with my Masters of Science in Global Health from University of Notre Dame….Let’s go Fighting Irish!
• My passion is missions. I thrive on being able to serve others all over the world.
• I have been to Chile, Guatemala, Haiti, Kenya, Jamaica, India, Nepal, Vietnam and Cambodia…AND they each have a part of my heart.
• My family is my support system, hands down.
• My hero is my grandpa and he is rejoicing with my God in Heaven right now.
• I am a COFFEE ADDICT. I can’t get through the day without it.
• I have a weird obsession with Burt’s Bees…ask any of my friends.
• I could watch the cheesy Hallmark movies (especially at Christmas) all day long.
• Speaking of Christmas. That’s my favorite time of year.
• And you can never have too much chocolate, at least in my opinion.

Really, this blog is to show y’all the journey the Lord is taking me on and to show you how beautiful and amazing He is. I’m a girl on mission to serve my Savior, Jesus Christ.
